With many COVID-19 restrictions now in the rear-view mirror, it’s time to get outside and active, doing all the things you love. And, eventually, when the weather gets warm enough, get to the beach! No, that doesn’t have to be your reason for getting in physical shape. There are countless reasons! But regardless of your reason, 9Round can help you reach your goals.

Why is 9Round unique? It uses kickboxing-themed workouts to achieve its goals of offering a full-body fitness program that can help participants lose weight, get in better shape, and become stronger – physically and mentally. The workouts are high intensity, they’re 30 minutes in length, and they’re led by a top-notch trainer. The exercises change daily, can be done on your own schedule, and offer both cardio and strength training.
