Karate can keep you strong, sharp

When the summer hits, school athletics ends for students.

Wouldn’t it be great to improve your conditioning and skills throughout the summer months?

Training in karate offers a whole spectrum of benefits that translates perfectly into any other sport:

Our instructor, master sensei Steve Donovan, has 36 years of training and 26 years of instructing. So be prepared for some hardcore training. We don’t ‘play’ karate.

We are offering a summer special: Three months of training for the price of two months. This includes a complimentary gi (karate outfit).
