The new year has started, and the balls are flying! The juniors are using our indoor location, Performance Golf London, to be exposed to the game as well as to develop individual skills. Led by award-winning PGA golf professional Brian Gallant, our nationally-recognized program by Golf Canada has three key components during the indoor season:
TRAIN – With Flightscope, video, various training aids and top level coaching, the focus on the fundamentals of movement and golf keeps our juniors advancing.
PRACTICE – Using the Flightscope Skills App, our juniors practice hitting various shots to different targets, gaining points to track progress.
PLAY – Our juniors develop strategy while having fun by playing the world’s top courses on our HD Golf Simulator.
TEAM LONDON
Our competitive junior teams are training the four cornerstones of the game – technical, physical, mental and tactical skills. The commitment to supporting each junior and his/her personal development is the cornerstone of the team.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP SUCCESS
The best golfers from across Canada on the Maple Leaf Junior Tour gathered in November at Legacy Golf Club in Pheonix, Arizona. Two Team London juniors, Cam Kellett and Carson DeThomasis, travelled to the event to compete for the junior title.
The three days of desert and sun was a great test for the juniors. After rounds of 78-77-73, which included six birdies, Carson finished T17th. With an eagle on the 18th hole, Cam finished the opening round in 2nd place with a 1 under par round of 70. He shot an identical round of 1 under par 70 in the 2nd round, which included five birdies and an eagle (again on the 18th hole) to remain in 2nd position. Cam’s final round of 73 was strong enough to finish the MJT National Championship in 2nd place.
Congrats to Carson and Cam on representing Team London in Arizona!
