London Gymnastics Academy – Competitive Team
The London Gymnastics Academy finished the 2015-2016 competitive season with a bang!
Five of LGA’s amazing athletes who earned well-deserved positions on Team Ontario headed to Quebec from May 5-8 to compete at the Eastern Canadian Championships. And all five of them placed in the Top 3 All Around!
A job well done to Bailey Inglis (1st overall, winning three out of four events), Kayla Sanidad (Level 9, 1st all-around), Rachel Simpson (Level 9, 3rd all-around), Alice Zaric (Level 8, 2nd all-around), and Alena Beniamin (Level 8, 3rd all-around). Words cannot describe how excited and proud we are of these athletes! These ladies are well-deserved winners for their hours of hard work in the gym and for their commitment to achieving their goals.
A special congratulations goes to Chloe Burridge, Level 9, for placing in the Top 10 All-Around as she represented Team Ontario at the Canadian Championships held in Edmonton, AB from June 1-5, 2016. Placing in the Top 10 All-Around at Burridge’s first National competition is a huge privilege and an even greater accomplishment! We commend Burridge for her hard work and absolutely amazing performances.
LGA also had 25 Provincial Level 3-5 athletes compete at the Ontario Championships at Quinte Bay Gymnastics in Belleville on June 9-12. We are so proud of our athlete’s outstanding performances and dedication, and we congratulate them on their successful finishes to the 2015-2016 season!
