When we say we’re a family, we mean it. Our program has grown and our teams are all achieving thanks to the supportive and family-like environment at the CheerStrike Gym. We sacrifice together, we celebrate together, and we give back together.
A competitive sport demands a lot of time and sacrifice on the part of parents, and we want the parents of our athletes to know that we appreciate them. In August, our ‘Royal Moms’ enjoyed a private showing of ‘Bad Moms’ at Landmark Cinemas as a customer appreciation event. It was a well-deserved night of good company and good laughs for a group of hardworking moms. In October, our ‘Royal Dads’ went on a complimentary tour of Labatt Brewery and enjoyed a private beer tasting. This time it was a night of good company and good beverages for dads who give so much to their families every day.
Meanwhile, on October 2 we were very proud of our team of Royal parents who combined to raise more than $1,800 and participated in the CIBC Run for the Cure. With their children, the Royal athletes, cheering on the sidelines of the run, our amazing Royal Family taught their kids what it means to give back and to make a difference.
At CheerStrike, we are always working hard to build a community that supports the growth of children in physical skill and self-confidence. Without the partnership of our Royal parents, this would be an impossible task, and we seek to show them how appreciated they are as often as we can.
