The competitive cheer season started strong for the CheerStrike Royals! In December, our Tiny Knights in
Armour placed 1st at the Power Cheer Christmas Competition. Meanwhile at the Frozen at the Falls Championships, our Mini Monarchs, Junior Empire and Youth Imperial all placed 1st, with the Youth Imperial team winning the Grand Champs title.
Three teams travelled to Buffalo to compete at the CheerSport Buffalo Grand Championships. All three finished
as the highest placing Canadian teams in their divisions, with Mini Majesty placing 2nd, Youth Reign placing 3rd and Junior Nobility placing 2nd. We are looking forward to all our teams competing at upcoming Ontario and National Championships in Kitchener, Mississauga and Niagara Falls.
Are you considering competitive cheer for your son or daughter next year? We have a team at CheerStrike for
every age, 3-18, every commitment and cost level, and every ability, starting with even Recreational and Prep Teams that allow athletes to get some experience developing skills safely and competing before moving on to levels 1, 2 or 3.
We will be holding our team placements for season 4 from May 2-5, 2016. If you are curious, come take a tour of
our facility in the Northwest corner of the city and we would love to answer all of your questions about the many programs we offer.
At CheerStrike, the owners also coach teams and play a hands-on role with the development of every athlete.
We are very excited to announce that we will be running 12 teams for our 2016/2017 season. If you think you have what it takes to ‘be Royal’, come by and check us out in person or online!
