Jay Murray and Dave Leff have instilled a real team atmosphere at TLC, the premium landscape company they co-own. It makes perfect sense. They’ve been active in sport their whole lives, playing hockey and baseball, while also coaching and volunteering on executive boards. Focusing on teamwork has also allowed them to find success in landscape and pool design and condominium care.
