The camp experience – at home!

The YMCA of Southwestern Ontario is joining YMCAs across the country this summer to offer YCamp, a free virtual camp program for children and youth – who can participate from home!

YCamp begins July 6!

With the closure of many camp programs this summer, throughout the city and across the country, we are excited to announce the launch of YCamp, a free virtual camp program for children and youth across Canada!

YCamp will keep kids active and engaged this summer with educational and fun activities. Delivered by YMCA camp staff across the country, campers will receive weekly challenges and a YCamp Passport to complete over the course of the summer.

No registration is required. Simply log on to: www.ymcahome.ca/ycamp to begin your virtual YCamp experience! More information will be made available soon.

The YMCA – a family affair
And when the YMCA eventually re-opens to the public following the COVID-19 pandemic? It will again provide a place for families to enjoy a fun and healthy environment – where everyone is welcome. The YMCA of Southwestern Ontario prides itself on enriching the community through ‘growth in spirit, mind, and body’ for people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and abilities.

And it’s especially great for families. After all, busy families need a place designed just for them. At the YMCA, families receive all-in-one programming and schedules that suit the whole family.

The YMCA means welcoming, it means belonging, and it means opportunity!
