Beachcomber Hot Tubs of London has been in business for 19 years, but they now have a new place to call home. Having outgrown its old location years ago, the company, which proudly serves London and Sarnia, needed more space for all aspects of the business. But growth is a good thing. In fact, it’s something to be celebrated.

So, Beachcomber held a VIP event to mark the transition to their new digs and welcomed more than 220 of their customers attend the function. The Mud Creek Band performed, and Railway City Brewing, a local brewery in St. Thomas, provided the beer – which was chilled along with wine in a Beachcomber hot tub full of ice.

The event included a ton of giveaways (barbeque tools, hot tub and pool accessories, Napoleon gas grill, hot air balloon rides courtesy of Sundance hot air balloons, free pool chemicals for a year), and was a fully catered celebration.

“The main reason for the VIP night was to thank our customers,” Beachcomber owner Jeff McColl said. “They’re the reason we were able to move to this new facility.”

And the new location has already had its payoffs.

“There are a number of products we sell and services we provide that we weren’t able to display or promote properly at our old location,” McColl said. “This means our customers are able to get what they want much quicker. We’ve built our business on customer service, and our customers, as well as our staff, are really enjoying this new location.”
