Fanshawe Athletics honoured the National Champion 1980 and 1981 Men’s Basketball teams on Friday, Jan. 31 at halftime of a Falcons game against the Redeemer Royals at the Glenn Johnston Athletic Centre.
The teams had been recently inducted into the London Sports Hall of Fame. During an impressive two-year run, the 1980 and 1981 Falcons teams went 43-5 overall en route to back-to-back National Championships.
