Located in the heart of downtown, Athletic Fluency is London’s newest specialty gym. While we welcome all individuals looking to improve their physical fitness, we pride ourselves on our sport-specific training program.
We base our training philosophy for individual athletes and for teams around the idea of athletic fluency. By this we mean an athlete’s ability to perform specific movements and skills within their respective sport as easily and swiftly as possible. We approach training by breaking down and teaching the fundamentals of speed, agility, power, strength and mobility/flexibility – all components that play a vital role in athletic performance.
Our diversified trainers work with athletes of all levels, from local youth teams to individuals who are progressing through USports, NCAA, NHL, NFL, CFL, AHL, NBL, and more.
