London District 30 sent a full contingent to the 55+ Southwest Regional Games in Sarnia on Aug 16, a biannual event organized by the Ontario 55+ organization called OSGA 55+.
The day-long competition included: Bocce, 5 Pin Bowling, Carpet Bowling, Cribbage, Shuffleboard, Pickleball, Darts, Euchre, Walking, Tennis, Golf and more!
Next up, starting in November, is the London Winter Games which include Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis, Curling, Volleyball, Ice Hockey (Men’s & Women’s), Snooker, 8 Ball, 10 Pin & Wii Bowling, Prediction Skating & Crokinole.
