Rev3k would like to welcome Laraine Lavigne to our growing family. Laraine offers RMT at both facilities on Windermere at the Mount and Hyde Park. She is an excellent addition to the REV3K approach to healthy lifestyle fitness.
We asked Laraine why she decided to become a massage therapist:
“The reason I became an RMT was because I injured my shoulder while training for a bodybuilding competition,” Laraine said. “I could barely lift my toothbrush, let alone pose or lift weights. After a few sessions of tissue release, I regained almost all my strength and my full range of motion. I could return to the gym, sports, dance and gymnastics classes, but I was too late to compete and my dream slipped away from me. It was then that I knew I had to learn how to help athletes like myself recover and get their lives and fitness back!”
