The 2018 outdoor EMSA soccer season is now in full swing, and all leagues have played several games. Our District Office continues to support the processes required to run a smooth soccer season. New policies from Ontario Soccer have been – and continue to be – communicated to the membership in a timely manner.
On the field, players are exhibiting high levels of enthusiasm and skills. Overall, the leagues are all competitive, and the players are having fun and showing a whole lot of passion. Also, we continue to have extensive training sessions for our game officials in an effort to enhance the quality of play.
Our District will be looking at ways to engage our members in understanding the soccer pathway so that players may pursue the level of play in which they want to participate – now and in the future.
We trust all that are involved in soccer within the EMSA District will have a tremendous season!
