From Sept. 14-19, London Squash & Fitness hosted many of the world’s top players in the 8th annual NASH Cup. Thanks to generous sponsors, dedicated members, and sellout crowds, this event has become one of the most popular stops on the PSA tour. Players from 17 countries competed each evening in single elimination competition vying for $15K USD (men’s) and $5K USD (women’s) purses. Competition was stiff with rallies as long as 74 shots and matches up to 95 minutes. While London Squash is not a large facility, this event draws global attention through live online streaming at www.nashcup.com.

Junior Squash
Squash is a tremendous lifelong sport. It’s played year round, and rates as one of the world’s healthiest sports. While many of today’s participants began playing in college or university, strong junior programs are drawing kids as young as 5 onto the courts. London Squash has developed one of the strongest programs in Ontario. Participants can advance from weekly lessons, to regional (Gary Waite Tour), provincial (Grand Prix; Silver; Gold), national, and even international competition.
The City of London has nine squash facilities and 29 courts. London Squash and Fitness features five courts, and is a great place to learn and advance in the sport.
