Delaware Speedway is in a sprint to the finish in wrapping up its 2014 racing season. The Great Canadian Race Weekend and Pumpkin Smasher events are the final races of the season and each offers something for everyone.

The Great Canadian Race Weekend (Sept. 19-20) promises to be a grand variety show of competition at the historic half-mile. For spectators that have never been to the track before, the weekend will feature a taste of nearly every kind of race car that competes at the speedway. A massive number of drivers from across the region are expected to participate.

The All-New Great Canadian Race Weekend features a completely revamped racing lineup from seasons past, showcasing all-new racing formats and even some new divisions in competition. For the first time ever, the weekend will also featuring the Pro Late Models in Super Stocks in inter-track competition, as drivers from Flamboro Speedway near Hamilton jump into the action.

Meanwhile, the weekend will also feature a revamped overnight camping area with an on-site special post-race concert after the Saturday afternoon races.
