Megan Turres
Nor’West Soccer
Megan Turres, a Grade 11 student, has played Nor’West Soccer since she was 4 years old. Last summer, she refereed in our U7/8 program and also coached a House League team with her dad. She currently coaches kids aged 5-12 in our Indoor Grassroots Program on Saturday mornings at the Optimist Dome.
This Summer, Megan will wear #00 for the Nor’West Panthers on the club’s U17G L3 team, which plays in the West Region league. She will also coach in NW’s Active Start program for children aged 4-6.
In her ‘spare’ time, Megan is known to share her passion for the game by independently acting as a ‘Play Angel’ for local children in a park near her home. Above all else, the Grade 11 student is kind, enthusiastic and inspiring.
We’re very proud to have Megan wear the Nor’West green, and we look forward to watching her future unfold!
