REV3K is happy to welcome Nutrition expert Lisa Cianfrini and Yoga instructor Elsa Eastabrook to our team. Both bring a wonderful balance of knowledge and passion for their crafts to REV3K. Lisa facilitates all of our Biggest Loser meal plans and Six week Revolution, while Elsa helps us find our centre and recover after a long week. Lisa and Elsa can both be found sweating next to you in your next Rev3k class!
Lisa Cianfrini Bio
Lisa’s passion for yummy, healthy foods began at an early age and was cultivated by her uber-health conscious mother, bake-master grandmother, and Italian food extraordinaire, nonna. Lisa completed a BSc Honours degree in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences from the University of Guelph as well as a BSc Honours degree in Food and Nutrition from Brescia University College.
Lisa specializes in gene-based personalized nutrition for disease prevention and promotion of optimal health, as well as sports nutrition for youth and adults. Areas of her practice include primary and secondary disease prevention, weight loss, food allergies and intolerances and disordered eating.

Elsa Eastabrook Bio
Elsa Rose Eastabrook has been practicing, learning from and loving yoga for 16 years. She has been teaching since 2012 and is a certified YT-500, trained through Hybrid Flow (500hrs), Baptist Power Yoga and Jason Crandell.
Elsa Rose’s excitement and passion for yoga shines throughout her uniquely dynamic classes designed to strengthen and empower the mind, body and soul. She primarily teaches Vinyasa Flow yoga.
Elsa Rose is the mother of two little gals and the co-founder of Growing Chefs! Ontario, a local charity that teaches kids to get excited about cooking and growing local, healthy food.
