There’s a revolution happening down at REV3K. Actually, it’s happening at two locations now (On the Mount – 435 Windermere Road, and At Hyde Park – 1175 Hyde Park Rd). And the movement is changing bodies and lives.

REVolution is a six-week all-inclusive workout program that lets the participant set his/her own goals while receiving all the tools necessary to achieve them. The program begins with a reset period and is followed by a nutritionist-designed diet plan that teaches optimal eating habits.

Then the participant takes part in REV3K classes while receiving 1-on-1 coaching, an individual workout plan, unlimited gym access, and weekly check-ins. Does this sound like something your body needs? The next REVolution starts Oct. 15, and Jacob Henry, co-owner of REV3K, promises full support along the journey.

“All of our coaches are dedicated to helping you with your personal REVolution,” said Henry, a former competitive swimmer who himself lost over 50 pounds thanks to REV3K.

Based on the principals of CrossFit and Olympic Lifting, REV3K offers modern circuit training classes and programs. Each program is based on 3,000 seconds of high-impact exercise that work every major muscle group. Each day, participants experience an entirely new routine. No class is ever repeated.

“We’ve designed individual units to give you a full body workout that fits your schedule,” said Henry, noting that the units include three exercise categories: weight lifting, cardio, and performance specific. “My goal is for our clients to see themselves as the athletes they are, and to bring health into their lives and the lives of their families.”

Workouts can range anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes, and include a wide variety of equipment, including Olympic bars and platforms, kettle bells, dumbells, rowing machines, spin bikes, plyo boxes, medicine balls, and more.

REVolution is a lot of things, Henry says, but perhaps more than anything, “it’s a commitment to yourself and a commitment to success.”
