Upbeat, fun and a great workout sums up what you can expect from this amazing class, which is run by ATC’s own Shannon ‘The Cannon’ Ludlow. One look at Shannon, and you can tell this girl knows fitness. Graduating with a degree in Honors Specialization in Kinesiology from Western University, Shannon is not only knowledgeable, but she’s also a great motivator.
One of Shannon’s best qualities is to always encourage club members to push themselves to their limits. It’s one of the things that makes her one of Adrenaline’s most valued Instructors. As Shannon and the other ATC Instructors will tell you, strength and conditioning is one of the most important parts of a fighter’s training. It helps develop explosiveness, prevent injuries, and prepares an athlete for any type of challenge that comes their way. But ATC’s Strength and Conditioning classes aren’t just for fighters — they’re open to anyone and everyone. Whether it’s hockey, soccer, or football season, or you’re just looking to try something different, I guarantee you will enjoy this class.
