We have temporarily closed our doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we have not forgotten about our members – and anyone else looking to keep up with their fitness goals. We have created new fun online workouts – with a new workout released every day! These workouts are geared towards kickboxing and fitness, and they can be done with no extra equipment.
The workouts feature three people, and each has someone providing constant feedback on how to perform the movements. So, even if you are brand new to kickboxing, you can get the hang of it fast – and feel safe and confident! The nice thing about being at home is that you have a lot of free time to work on whatever you want. It’s very easy for people to forget about their goals and wait a few months to get back on track. We know that consistence is one of the main things you need to get long lasting change, and we are excited to be able to help as many people as we can to keep motivated.
