The LMBL will be hosting its inaugural All-Star event Saturday, August 6, a free baseball game to all those named to the All-Star roster. We are not just hosting a game, but a day of festivities, which will include other events for other LMBL players who want to test their skills: A base running competition, fastest pitch, and, of course, a Home Run Derby. You can’t have an All-Star event without a Home Run Derby …
You don’t need to play to have a great time. We will have music, a BBQ, some giveaways and prizes. Be sure to invite family and friends to the event for a great time.
If you had heard of the LMBL, or have but just weren’t sure about joining, the All-Star event will be a great day to check it out. Get a chance to talk with players and see how much fun you can have on a Sunday during the summer. Who knows, you might meet a future teammate.
Our Inaugural All-Star event will take place at Dan Pulham Field on Saturday, August 6. The festivities will begin at 5pm. Be sure to bring your appetite for fun, food and, of course, baseball!
