It was an exciting day at Toyota Town for the official launch of the all-new 2019 Toyota RAV4, and the dealership did it up in style, hosting a VIP launch party complete with special guests – including two-time Olympic medalist soccer player Diana Matheson.
Only 100 spots were available for the exclusive event held at Toyota Town, which allowed guests to experience the luxury of the new Toyota Rav4. The event featured live music, beverages and hors d’oeuvres – served by executive chef Amanda Craddock.
Guests had the exclusive opportunity to witness the official unveiling and vehicle presentation by Product Specialist Justin Maki, who showed off the vehicle and answered questions for guests about the vehicle. The 2019 RAV4 has an expansive lineup of nine unique models, including the ultra-sporty hybrid edition set to arrive this spring.
The night also featured a special guest, as Diana Matheson of Canada’s National Women’s Soccer Team attended the gathering for a meet and greet with all guests – bringing along her two Olympic bronze medals for attendees to check out and try on.
Matheson, who also plays professionally for Utah Royals FC in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), is perhaps best known for scoring the bronze medal-winning goal for Canada late in the game against France at the 2012 Olympics in London, England.
