Welcome to London’s newest indoor baseball training facility, The Batter’s Box. This one-of-a-kind facility is dedicated solely to players who simply enjoy the game of baseball and want to train in an atmosphere that promotes and grows the game.
The Batter’s Box is a 16,000 square foot facility that showcases six retractable batting cages, two fielding spaces, and a dedicated soft toss/tee area. The retractable cages make it ideal for any organization or team (or private lesson) to design the facility to their liking and maximize their training time. The dedicated soft toss/tee area also allows teams and players to work on their hitting skills without wasting valuable cage time.
The facility features a players’ lounge that has a real ‘clubhouse’ feel. This area boasts a ping pong table, Foosball, various games, three televisions and a gaming area. Simply put, the players’ lounge was developed to help build a connection to the facility, to the game and for those that just simply enjoy the atmosphere around the game.
The Batter’s Box features Detroit Tigers 5th Round Draft Choice Mike Lumley as its top instructor along with well-established former U.S. College players to teach our young athletes with the most current teaching styles.
