The London Aquatic Club hosted its annual 12 & Under Celebration swim meet in mid-January at the Canada
Games Aquatic Centre, with 12 teams and 340 swimmers from across southern Ontario competing. LAC also competed on the same weekend at meets in Etobicoke and at the University of Toronto, and its swimmers will be racing in February at championship events in Montreal, Markham, Brantford and Ottawa.

Among Ontario competitive swim clubs, LAC’s 22 coaches represent the highest number of certified coaches,
and each day they strive to provide opportunities for each and every young swimmer to be the best they can be, always in a positive, caring and safe environment. Three of those coaches include:

Jen Campbell, coach of LAC’s Age Group Bronze group, which has 25 swimmers aged 9-11. Jen has been
coaching with LAC since 2011 and also coaches LAC’s Intro to Para-Swimming program at the StoneyCreek YMCA, which provides opportunities for children with disabilities to learn the sport of competitive swimming.

Liz Moskal, Head Age Group Coach, oversees the entire Age Group swim program, which consists of four
different groups and over 100 swimmers in total. Liz has been coaching with LAC for 10 years.

Donna Moskal is LAC’s Team Manager and Coach Mentor. Donna has been with LAC for over 30 years, is an
NCCP-certified Skills Coach Learning Facilitator, and leads coaching courses across southern Ontario.
