Falcons New Era Taking Shape
Student-Athletes and Coaches express their excitement about new Under Armour product
(London, Ontario) – The beginning of September will not only mark the launch of the 2015-16 season, but also the debut of a new look for the uniforms worn by the coaches and players of the Falcons’ varsity teams.
The two major changes this upcoming season will include the new Falcon Logo, which was unveiled in January 2015, as well as the outfitting of Under Armour product, which commenced July 1, 2015. Fanshawe is the first college in Canada to have Under Armour as the official supplier for their Varsity Athletics program.
Nathan McFadden, Fanshawe’s Manager of Athletics, commented that “the combination of our new Falcons logo and the new Under Armour uniforms has been exceptional. Our Program strives to deliver excellence in everything we do and our staff has done an outstanding job in designing and delivering a unique and premium uniform for our student-athletes to compete in”.
The feedback from the Falcon student-athletes has been fantastic. Some comments include:

The first opportunity to see the new uniforms in action will be at Falcons Fest on Saturday, September 12th, when the Falcons Women’s Softball team takes on Durham at 12pm and 2pm at Stronach Park, and the Men’s Baseball team battles St. Clair at 5pm and 7pm at Labatt Park.
