Busy days at the gym

At the beginning of September, children of all ages started the Fall session of the gymnastics program at Beje Gymnastics Club. Now, after several weeks in the program, everyone has acclimated with the friendly environment, with the coaches, and with the weekly routine of the gymnastics program.

As October came to a close, more and more of our athletes participated in the ‘BRING A FRIEND’ club event, where members share their experience by inviting their friends to come and practice gymnastics together.

Our National and Provincial competitive athletes are into a full routine schedule preparing for their first qualifier competitions of the season, which begin with Tumbling in Mississauga at the end of November and follow in December – with the boys in Mississauga and the girls in Brampton. Their goal for this season is to improve the quality of the exercises, build more confidence in competing, and qualify for the championships at the end of the season.

New members can register in November for the upcoming Winter session, which runs from January to April.

On the weekend of October 26-27, Beje Gymnastics hosted a ‘Foundation Theory & Gymnastics’ basic coaching course, where gymnastics athletes aged 15 years and older were able to gain more knowledge of their gym experience and learn to lead young children in the world of gymnastics.

On November 3, meanwhile, Olympic and International level judge Nick Bejenaru, the Ontario Men’s Provincial Judging Chair, hosted a Men’s Judging Course for male gymnasts over 14 years old who wanted to better understand the rules and movement of national and world level gymnastics.

If you love gymnastics and want to have a better experience in sports, come out to Beje Gymnastics Club to develop your body awareness and your mind’s abilities. A strong body and mind will give you a better life.
