Chantal: Transformation in Progress
We chose Chantal to be part of our Transformation program nine weeks ago. She was working on the same cardio equipment and had lost some weight, but — like most of us — she started to plateau.

Our goals with Chantal aren’t based solely on a number on a scale. It’s to achieve a healthy mix of strength and balance, a strong core, routines that fit her lifestyle, and good life-long eating habits.

We train in intervals where some weeks we focus on strengthening to decrease loose skin, increase metabolism, and maintain bone health. Some weeks we focus on changing nutrition plans and boosting cardio through kettlebell, kickboxing or high rep-low weight routines. Nutritional guidance for well-balanced and mindful eating is also an important part of the program.

Chantal has been an inspiration, willing to focus, be positive and work hard every day in her workouts with us. By changing Chantal’s exercise routines, we awaken new muscles and help her body relearn movements and build lean tissue. We are focusing on losing fat, not muscle and water. It’s about life-long results!

We celebrate Chantal’s progress so far in losing 16 pounds (12 pounds of fat, 10 inches, and 4% of body fat).

We are partners with Chantal on her path to wellness, and we look forward to what she can accomplish!

Tips

  • Integrate some weights and strength training to reduce loose skin
  • Eat all foods! Balance is key
  • Eat your largest meals after an intense workout to train your body not to store fat
  • Change up your routine every two weeks to awaken new muscles
  • Have fun!
