For the 2019 Spring Field lacrosse season London Blue Devils will be venturing to the the United States to compete in 2 world class events.
With LMLA’s geographical advantage to access the U.S. we have decided to elevate the experience that we can provide to our players. Exposure to the American tournaments can also lead to opportunities for our dedicated players wishing to pursue the game at the college and university level. US Lax Events hosted tournaments are elite level competitions with a full weekend tournament experience.
We will be fielding teams in the following age groups:
U8: birth years 2011/1012
U10: birth years 2009/2010
U12: birth years 2007/2008
U14: birth years 2005/2006
On April 13th and 14th all of our teams will all travel to South Bend, Indiana (the home of Notre Dame), to participate in the “Rip The Duck” Tournament.
On April 27th and 28th our teams (U10, U12, U14) will be traveling to Ann Arbour, Michigan (home of University of Michigan) to participate in the “Big Blue” Tournament. An added bonus to this event is that all participating players receive a ticket to see the University of Michigan Men’s Lacrosse team take on The Ohio State University Men’s Lacrosse team on the Friday evening!
Try outs for our Spring Field teams will begin in early March at Silverwoods arena, once the turf field open up in April, teams will move to Citywide for Monday and Friday practices.
