Academy turns into league

Without question, sports can help children develop a number of positive characteristics, such as a motivation for learning, while showing them how hard work can help bring success.

With this knowledge, the London Sharks Volleyball Club continuously updates and modifies its programs to provide new schemes that intend to teach children the game of volleyball in a fun, competitive and motivating atmosphere. And as a result, the Sharks’ Junior Academy is becoming a league.

Volleyball has ingredients that can help increase and improve communication, team value and dedication, and it is these qualities that the Junior Academy League hopes to develop through a very basic and fun volleyball game.

It is important for Junior Academy League participants to understand competition as part of the process of sports development, as it constitutes the preferred means of learning the game itself. The Junior Academy League, which will aim to hold weekly competitions, will help contribute to the participants’ understanding of the competition as being part of the process of sports development, and recognize it as a place where they must give their best while also having fun at the same time.

Our coaches will monitor this aspect, and they will help to reshape the players’ attitudes about competition (while continuing the fun!), both during and even after the games.
