In a lot of ways, the two-decade partnership between Spartan Nutrition and Goodlife Fitness makes perfect sense. After all, both have been in business in London for decades. And they’re both geared towards the same goals: healthy living through exercise and nutrition.
Now, the two entities even share some space together. Last December, Spartan Nutrition opened a shake bar inside the Goodlife Citi Plaza location. And gym goers downtown can now get both their exercise and supplementation in the same space. The bar sells protein shakes, supplements, organic fair-trade coffee, and also includes a juice bar.
It’s a mutually beneficial relationship. Goodlife, the largest fitness chain in Canada, has always had a good relationship with Spartan, who has supported gym events in the past.
Aaron Brady, the owner of Spartan Nutrition, which has five locations in London and is the official supplement partner of the London Knights and the London Lightning, is passionate about helping Londoners achieve their health, fitness, and athletic goals. That’s why Spartan Nutrition was created, and it continues to be the driving force for Brady today. Spartan employs more than 20 knowledgeable staff members and serves thousands of Londoners regularly.
“I’ve been in business in London for over 20 years, and I’ve seen the need to have more locations to help my clients and provide the convenience and service that they deserve,” Brady said.
Now, those clients at the Goodlife Citi Plaza location are able to access those services before they even leave the building. It’s a win-win for all involved.
