The time has come to lace those cleats and break in the ball gloves. After a couple years of strange baseball, the time has come to step on the field. With kids ranging in age from four and up, EBBA is ready to play ball! Seeing the kids at clinics and evaluations, these players are excited to swing those bats, and they’re full of energy.
There was plenty to be done behind the scenes leading up to Opening Day, and there is still lots to be done throughout the season and still lots of opportunities for volunteer roles. EBBA is fully run by volunteers. Without the volunteer work, there would not be a league. As well as Opening Day, we are also eagerly looking forward to the return of our annual Colman Day, where all-stars are chosen by their peers to participate in a day of all-star games at London’s historic Labatt Park. If you ever want to get out of the house and you’re craving a hotdog and some good little league baseball, come on down to Mornington Park. Grab a snack and cheer on the players!
