For those of you who have never experienced the benefits of a great trainer, we will break down how trainers can drastically change a person’s health and perception about fitness …

To start, a knowledgeable trainer will create customized programs that are based around your fitness goals, while taking into account considerations such as pre-existing injuries. Safety always comes first. Trainers will teach you the proper mechanics of each movement to build your form.

Who doesn’t need extra motivation sometimes? Your trainer is typically more excited to achieve your goals than you are! This motivates you to stay accountable in your workouts and build healthier habits. Trainers make the workouts enjoyable so that you have a positive outlook on exercise.

You might be wondering how our team of trainers will help you during your initial 9Round workout. We start by filling out a waiver and asking questions about your exercise history, injuries, health, intensity level, goals and much more. This is our starting point in getting to know you and how we can help. After this, we guide you through a workout to teach you the basics (depending on your experience). This workout will help us gauge your strengths and weaknesses for future workouts.

At 9Round, there is unlimited access. During every workout, trainers are there to guide and motivate you! We have five trainers who are passionate about fitness and health – with diverse experience ranging from professional boxing, injury prevention, fascial mobility, fat loss coaching, sports psychology, and more. We take pride in our vast skillset so that we can help people in every area possible!
