Middlesex Swimming athletes are excited to be back in the pool training for what should be an action-packed and thrilling 2018-19 season, with opportunities for swimmers and water polo players alike to improve – both inside and outside of the pool – and enjoy many competitive experiences.
Located in London, St. Marys and Stratford, Middlesex Swimming is a competitive Swim, Water Polo and Masters Club. The organization offers professional coaching and technique instruction with programs for all ages.
This year, an expansion of new practice times will open up further possibilities at the Boys & Girls Club of London for the Middlesex Swimming program moving forward.
The program is looking to build off a successful spring season in which the men’s team was named ‘most improved team’ at the AA championships. The club’s athletes are all looking to continue their success in the pool and be the best that they can be in 2018-19.
Middlesex Swimming includes a roster of athletes all the way from age 5 up to Master’s-level athletes who all share a passion for swimming and/or water polo. Regardless of age, they develop skills like commitment and hard work, and graduates of the program remain active in the pool for life.
Middlesex Swimming one of only a handful of Clubs in Canada to offer both swimming and water polo. The Middlesex Masters group is a FINA-recognized Masters Team, and is considered one of the best Masters swim clubs in Canada.
