CTC Obstacles has been operating for just over a year, and in that time has already expanded twice to better serve its members’ passion for parkour and ninja warrior style obstacles!

CTC provides a place for people to workout and get healthy in the most fun way possible – by playing! With their ninja warrior obstacles and parkour-style structures, CTC provides the perfect place for adults and children alike to get fit and have fun!

The facility can and does cater to all fitness levels, from a 6-year-old shy child, to a 35-year-old just getting back into it, to the 23-year-old seasoned athlete, male, female … the gym literally covers it all!

CTC has something for everyone, including private rentals, open gym time for adults and kids, adult open gym, birthday parties, day camps, adult fitness classes, family fitness classes, parkour training sessions, team building, and sports team workouts in a fun environment. And there is even more to come! CTC’s objective is to get people to tap into their potential and their ability to push past the limits they thought they had!

CTC is THE place to have your birthday party, bachelor or bachelorette party, team building outing for corporate and sports teams, fundraising event, school outings, teen confidence building groups, and anything else you can think of!

“As owners, our favourite part of this gym is the absolute pride and confidence that comes from playing here. When a child works at something over and over, and continues to listen to instruction and tries different ways to accomplish their goals, when they get it … wow, the amazing look of pride in their eyes and smile on their face is amazing. But don’t get us wrong, moms and dads look the exact same way when they themselves do the same thing!” – Carol-Lynn and Angela
