This fall, once again there are former LVC athletes representing the club from coast (Charlie Bringloe in Kamloops, BC) … to coast (Matt Donovan in Halifax, NS!).
In line with Volleyball Canada’s LTAD model (Long-Term Athlete Development), LVC’s top priority at the 13U-15U level is athlete development first and foremost! Volleyball, being a ‘late-developer’ sport, means that it’s our job to open the door to as many athletes as possible, keeping the big picture in mind! And nobody embodies this model better than our two NEWEST varsity signings!
Congratulations to Lexie Cronk (University of Toronto) and Lindsay Kleuskens (Ryerson University) on signing for next fall! These two were selected to 15U Fury teams, focused on the development process and three years of hard work later, they were named to Team Ontario and are now off to take on the university league’s best!
