Kaitlin Ellery – St. Thomas Soccer
Kaitlin Ellery has been a member of the St. Thomas Soccer Club for over 10 years. Currently, she plays for the Scorpions (’00) L3 team, in addition to being a part-time player on the St. Thomas Women’s Premier team.
A grade 11 student at Parkside Collegiate Institute in St. Thomas, Kaitlin has been a dynamic player for the Scorpions team throughout her competitive soccer career, leading her team in scoring each season. In addition, she also was a key scorer as the Premier team won the 2016 Cup Championship. At the high school level, Kaitlin was a leader on her Parkside team that won OFSAA gold in 2016.
Kaitlin’s dedication to the soccer community extends outside of her playing capacity. When she is not on the field, she can be found mentoring youth soccer teams or helping to run skills stations at tournaments/festivals. She is also a tremendous athlete outside of soccer, playing competitive hockey for the St. Thomas Panthers, and school field hockey, where she was invited to play in the Ontario Summer Games. Kaitlin truly epitomizes what it is to be a St. Thomas Soccer player.
