A new day, a new experience

REV3K classes feature a series of modern circuit training stations that activate all of your core muscle groups.

At REV3K, each day offers a new experience and an entirely different routine, developed and taught by our certified coaches and lasting only 50 minutes (or 3K seconds). Expect a fast-paced, exhausting workout where you can pick your own pace but are constantly pushed to your limits.

Our 6-week all-inclusive program, REVolution, lets you set your own goals (to lose weight, upping your game, getting ready for big race …), and REV gives you all the tools to achieve them.

The program starts with a reset period followed by a nutritionist-designed diet plan to teach you proper eating habits. Then, combine that with REV3K classes, 1-on-1 coaching, a personalized workout plan and weekly check-in classes.

The Program includes:
• Cardio, performance, and strength REV units, which are designed for clients to challenge themselves individually while under the guided eye of our trainers. Completion of 10 REV units are to be completed on a weekly basis. The 10 units are divided in: 3 REV classes, 1 check-in REVolution workout, and any combination of REV units (6), to be determined according to the individual’s goals.

• Weekly check-in workout is Wednesday 8-9pm. Clients discuss progress, take measurements, and set up for the new week ahead.

• The first reset week will be followed up by a custom meal plan. We use each individual’s age, height, and weight to build a meal plan based on a person’s caloric intake needs.

Push for Tush – Rev3K Sparkles
Push for Tush is an annual race that is being held in London. It is Canada’s largest colon cancer-focused event series in the country. It was brought to London last year for the first time, and chaired by one of our REV members, Sheila Builder. Sheila is now a survivor of colorectal cancer.

The Funds raised go to national awareness and patient care efforts. A large portion of the funds raised stay in our own community. Last year, part of the funds raised went towards the purchase of surgical instrumentation for a new, less invasive treatment for colorectal cancer called Tamis. Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer- related deaths in men, and third among women.

Join us on Sunday, June 5 for a 5K or 10K, walk or run. Bring your family and friends, help us celebrate the survivors, and honour the lost!
