The outdoor soccer season at Eurostar is in full swing, and there have been 3 to 4 training sessions scheduled per week for athletes born between 2000 and 2007. The outdoor SAAC league, which began in April this year, will continue on through early November. We have had the opportunity to host many games at our home field this spring.
There will be many highlights this summer for Eurostar soccer: Two teams in the Club – the U10 and U13 squads – will be travelling to Barcelona and Benidorm, Spain in early July to participate in the annual Costa Blanca Cup; The 2nd annual Lazio Summer Camp, which is open to all players in the London region, will take place the week of July 17; Our U17 and U15 teams will be attending the upcoming Showcase of Champions in Ottawa in early August; and the U14 team will be travelling to Ohio over the September long weekend to play in the Mead Cup.
Meanwhile, planning for the fall program is well underway. Training will continue, uninterrupted, and move indoors in October. Given the recent closure of the old soccer dome, we have opened a Eurostar indoor centre in London that will host all of our fall and winter training on turf.
Open tryouts for ages 2008 and older is now available ongoing throughout the summer and fall.

Congrats to Coach Bulku!
Eurostar would like to congratulate Coach Isa Bulku after successfully completing the UEFA B coaching license this past June. There are now three coaches supporting our program with a UEFA coaching accreditation, including Eris Tafaj (UEFA B) and Luka Shaqiri (UEFA A). Way to go, Coach Isa!
