September 2016 marked 40 years of Franchise history with The Little Gym! The original The Little Gym was opened by Robin Wes in 1976 in Washington. He was born in South Africa, but was also a graduate of Western University here in London, Ontario!

When he was growing up, children were taught to live in fear and were reprimanded for all of their wrongdoings. Wes wanted to create a fun, magical place where kids could come to have fun, be themselves and learn at the same time! That’s how The Little Gym began. Robin is still an active member of The Little Gym International, writing songs and curriculum for kids enrolled at more than 350 locations world wide!

In London, we celebrated four decades with an Open House — a ‘birthday for us,’ per se! The kids had a blast and so did we! There is nothing we enjoy more than seeing kids smile and having fun. Classes have filled up really quickly this year, but we still have a bit of space. If you have a child 4 months to 12 years, then we have something for you! Give us a call at 519-642-0660. Won’t you be a part of our history too!
